• Formerly Managing Director of leading NZ based merchant bank, Southpac, senior executive committee, NBNZ.

• Foundation member of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel, and Deputy Chairman, contributing to its formulation and subsequent implementation.

• Currently Director of NZX listed Port of Tauranga and a number of private companies.

​

• Stepped down as an Executive Director in 2014, but has ongoing responsibility for the private equity division of the business.
