On 1 August 2017, our client, KiwiSpan NZ completed the sale of its business to Donovan Group, a leading building products designer, manufacturer and distributor in Whangarei, Northland.

Established in 2003, KiwiSpan NZ provides quality steel frame rural and residential sheds, garages, barns and small commercial / industrial buildings via a network of 22 franchise operators through-out the country.

KiwiSpan NZ will operate as an independent business of Donovan Group.  Other businesses of Donovan Group include:

• Coresteel Buildings, custom designed large scale commercial steel buildings.

​​

• Bloom Creater Homes, custom-designed residential homes and Tecture; full integrated architectural design platform.

​​

• Design Station, structural engineering and detailing systems.

​​

• Modern Building Products, cladding, firewall systems, fastening and bracing products.
