28 August 2017 - Our client, Irvine International Flooring, New Zealand's leading independent carpet and flooring wholesaler, announced it had reached an agreement to sell the business to Belgotex International (Belgium).

Established over 20 years ago by Ron and Lyndal Irvine, Irvine International Flooring maintains a strong market position, and a reputation for providing the world's most innovative flooring solutions to New Zealand homes and businesses.

Irvine International Flooring operates as a separate business unit of Belgotex International with all management and staff remaining employed with the company.
